**Please note: There are 17 steps at the entrance of the building.
Simple & Flexible Pricing:
Our 70/30 split rental fee protects your budget while allowing for growth. Your final rate depends entirely on how many days per week you use the space. It features:
- A minimum base rent to cover the shared space
- A maximum cap to limit your total costs
- A standard 70/30 split in between
