Ok, ok I know it is real and I just read this innovative interactive article about how the interstitium (the body's fluid network system) basically follows the meridians of Qi flow. I lit up and smiled wide!
Western Medicine thought the interstitium was just connective tissue holding us together, but now, it can be seen that there are fluid pathways within it and these pathways connect directly with organs as well. Just like the meridians!
I learned about the interstitium in first year Shiatsu School about 25 years ago, no big deal. ๐ Love that science now is also in the know. Huge nod to 4000 years of Traditional medicine knowledge and the practitioners who pass it on. ๐๐ผ โ

Our medical model can be tremendously ineffective, far too often folks come my way with a mysterious illness or pain that no Doctor will take seriously so we sit together and almost always figure something out to feel better.
I love opportunities to figure out what the F is happening. It feels soooo good to watch someone feel better and more than anything it is deeply joyful to witness healing. AND
I rage at the injustices that result in humans being wholly disregarded by fellow health practitioners and the current model we have that predominantly excludes holistic care and quality of life!
